Since 1971, Williams Industrial Service, Inc. has been designing and building high-performance industrial furnaces. We began as a service company, which gave us the opportunity to see strengths and weaknesses built into furnaces that we serviced all over the world. So, we began designing and building our own furnaces, with innovative design and structural features that improved furnace performance, reliability, and ease of maintenance.

Craftsmanship is important to us. From clean, inspected welds, to well-laid bricks, we take pride in doing the job right. Our talented personnel work as a team - from engineering to manufacturing, from clerical to shipping - watching over each project until completion. We are always vigilant in finding new ways to produce a quality system at the lowest cost to our customer.

Williams Industrial Service includes detailed cold testing and 100% inspection for each piece of equipment that we manufacture. After delivery, we offer assistance in installation, start-up and operation of the system.

We can design and build furnaces or entire systems that will span a factory, or single units for a particular heat-treating application. Our overhead cranes have a lifting capacity of over 40 tons. From small to massive, every furnace built shows that we are maintenance friendly and quality conscious. Our equipment is designed to be easy to work on, and easy to retrofit if added features are required.

The rugged construction and structural integrity of our equipment is evident. We have highly-trained, certified welders, and all of our welds are inspected for reliability. All systems are designed with the latest technology in control systems to maintain excellent uniformity, temperature and carbon control.
