US Customized Finishes is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinet door and drawer products. The company produces both MDF (medium density fiberboard) and solid wood products, creating a variety of traditional and contemporary door and drawer styles. MDF Products (Medium Density Fiberboard)

We specialize in manufacturing MDF products, including cabinet doors, drawer fronts, moldings and related items. We offer five types of MDF finishes: a) raw, b) thermofoiled, c) primed, d) painted and e) glazed thermofoil.



Unfinished MDF Cabinet Doors

Unfinished or raw MDF products are available to customers who choose to finish their doors themselves. All MDF products are manufactured from a high-quality board stock and are sanded prior to shipping, using a European-style brush sander.



Thermofoil Cabinet Doors

Thermofoil products are often referred to by the following names: "thermofoil", "foiled", "laminate" or "vinyl". Thermofoil cabinet doors are created when a layer of PVC vinyl is applied to MDF board using a combination of vacuum pressure, heat and high-quality, catalyzed glue. Thermofoil kitchen doors, bathroom doors, closet doors and cabinet doors are very durable and economical. Because US Customized manufactures these items at high production levels, we can offer very competitive pricing on this line of products.



Currently, we stock over 30 thermofoil colors, most with matching melamine backs. Our thermofoil varieties include your choice of many solid and woodgrain designs. We purchase only the highest-quality vinyls from the most reputable producers.



Primed/Painted MDF Cabinet Doors

Our primed and painted MDF products are exceptional. Our proprietary painting techniques have been developed over many years to create a door of superior quality and styling. Among these techniques are hand sanding and a specialized primer application process, resulting in a beautiful European-style finish. Our top coat is a "40 Sheen" or satin finish. Standard colors include Frosty White, Antique White, and Almond. Please contact us for more information on custom colors that may be available. Customers purchasing primed products will have to rough sand the primer to assure a mechanical adhesion of the top coat to the primer base.



5-Piece MDF Cabinet Doors

US Customized has developed a superior reputation for the quality and craftsmanship of its 5-piece door line including a variety of raised panel designs. Flat panels and beaded inserts are also available. Our 5-piece MDF doors are a favorite of cabinet designers for installations throughout the home including closets, kitchens, bathrooms, garages and home offices.



Moldings

A variety of MDF and unfinished wood moldings (including crowns, base, flutes, scribes) are available to complement your designs. MDF moldings can be purchased in all finishes including raw, primed, painted and thermofoil. Moldings are sold in 8-foot lengths.



Unfinished Wood Products

Our unfinished wood products are made with the finest quality stock, hand selected and crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. A wide variety of wood species is available.
