We begin the evaluation process on every employee from the first time they call our office through the interview and application process and ultimately throughout their tenure with us. Our standards are extremely high so if we observe anything short of our established benchmarks we keep looking for the people who want to be a success in this industry. Appearance is an important aspect of the hospitality business.
Turners Hospitality Service (THS) strives for excellence in these areas. Our banquet staff is required to have a tuxedo uniform. It is a mandatory that our staff attends a training class. This is required of all new employees.
Our BARTENDERS are given to our guest with three (3) and more years’ experience and our BANQUET SERVERS come with hands on training. This training is a must for our staff. They must complete our training to be sent out for work.
