TSP creates brands, not just products. We target groups of consumers that are currently being underserved or overlooked by the marketplace. We work to understand the characteristics, needs, and desires of these specific consumer groups, in order to create products that will provide solutions to both immediate needs as well as future longer-term needs.
Developing a product offering consisting of core, accessory, and ancillary products allow for our brands to provide complete solutions to complete sets of consumer demands.
Brands allow for long term customer connectivity. A single product can't change or evolve along with a customer, but a brand (along with a well developed & evolving product offering) can.
Brand Operation:
We are obsessed with systems & efficiency. We are on the constant quest to utilize technology to optimize & automate our business systems. All in an effort to provide the highest quality products, services, and experiences for our customers.
We are committed to internally operate the key business functions that most directly affect the customer experience. Product development, marketing, customer service, and fulfillment are all core competencies of TSP and are internally handled by TSP team members.
TSP operates itâÂÂ?ÂÂ?s own warehouse, fulfillment center, and customer service center located within itâÂÂ?ÂÂ?s San Francisco, CA headquarters. We DO NOT outsource key business functions such as; Customer service, fulfillment, quality control, or marketing.

At TSP we believe information is power. We strive to quantify everything and to utilize data & information to make the most informed & educated decisions. To achieve this, we create systems that measure all facets of business operation.
This management practice allows for accurate forecasting, efficient use of capital, and the ability to make competitive decisions. Ultimately, we strive to compete in niche markets using large business tools, systems, and skill sets.
We adamantly believe that (especially in niche markets), market share dictates long-term significant success and scalability. We manage brands to influence niche markets, not to simply sell products to members of niche markets.
