Founded in mid-2010 by me, Drew Kollasch, The Storm Lake Computer Shop is your one stop shop for new and used PCs and full service computer repair shop.
A few months after the soft opening in August 2010, we held our ribbon cutting at 108 W. Railroad, along with the first employee Collin. After assisting for about a month, Collin moved over to Zone Home Entertainment and Deb was hired in fulltime.
In mid-2011, just in time for summer break, Michael was hired in as a temporary intern technician. After summer break was over and Michael returned to HS, Mitch was hired in.
With two full time employees, it was time to expand the business. It took some time to find the correct location, but once 1221 N. Lake was presented, it was obvious this was where we needed to be.
With a lot of running and planning, we managed to move the business from 108 W. Railroad to 1221. N Lake in basically one day, Friday Nov. 4th.
