Company Summary

We are located in Searcy, Arkansas about 50 miles northeast of Little Rock, Swain Distribution, Inc. was founded in 1987 by William E. (Bill) Swain. Beginning with just 2 employees we began supplying utilities with hard to find items. Over the years, deals made, contracts obtained, SDI grew to be a resource for all manner of utility tools, mainly in the mid-south. In the summer of 2003, Jason Swain and Sean Seger purchased Swain Distribution from Bill.

The territory we cover with our tool trailer has grown from Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi to include Oklahoma, Missouri and Tennessee as well. From the Internet, our tools have been sold in all 50 States and Puerto Rico.

Our customer-base has steadily grown because of our availability and service. If a storm hits, our customers know they can count on us to be there in the thick of it with them in case they need anything. Our office staff is dependable and creative in helping our customers find what they need and to get their tools in a timely manner.
