About Us:

A professional, knowledgeable, experienced and professional consulting group. We are a small disadvantaged business made up of two former San Diego water agency employees. Specializing in potable water tank dive inspections, other services offered include coating inspection and catholic protection system testing and assessment.

As current NACE Certified Coating Inspectors, NACE Cathodic Protection Specialists, California Department of Public Health Distribution Grade 5 and Treat Grade 2 Operators. Our credentials are matched by our professionalism and courteousness and passion for the industry.

As former water agency employees we are familiar with the policies, procedures and regulations that govern potable water systems in the state of California. We operate safely and believe in the upholding the confidence of our customers and yours.

Potable Water Divers:

We have over 300 potable water tank dives for San Diego water agencies. There are a number of reasons besides a routine inspection that diving a water storage tank may be required, including appurtenance installation, emergency inspection, or even repairs. Let us provide your agency with a report including photos and video of the inside of your facilities.

Cathodic Protection Systems:

Cathodic protection systems are complex and require both knowledge and practical experience in order to properly maintain. We can help you understand, adjust, operate and maintain your system(s). Water main breaks are costly, so is the cost of total replacement. Let us assess your existing CP system for your steel mains or let us design a new one for you.

Coating Inspection and Other Services:

As NACE Certified Coating Inspectors (Level III) we a coating system experts. We can assist in all aspects of protective coatings and linings. From specification, to inspection, and even repairs. We love coating systems just ask us.

We also provide assessment inspection as well as other consulting services.
