In December 2009, Sloss Technologies was started by a desire to follow my entrepreneurial spirit. The economic downturn presented me with a unique opportunity because I could offer the same IT services at a more economic price than other market leaders. At the time, I had been working for a large IT firm in Birmingham that mainly catered to enterprise level customers, but many small businesses were still in need of my help. With more and more companies watching every penny, the timing seemed ideal to offer those enterprise level services for the emerging small business owner at an affordable price. The initial market response was overwhelming. Within a few months of being in business, the company grew to 5 employees serving over 20 clients in 10 states, touching over 2500 end users.

Our success continues to grow thanks largely in part to personal business relationships with our clients. Almost 100% of our business comes by word of mouth. That fact alone speaks volumes to the level of service and satisfaction that we provide.
