RKS Plumbing & Mechanical has been known to set the standard in the industry and strives for perfection. Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED), also known as "green build" design and construction principles, has moved rapidly to the forefront of design-build delivery systems. RKS has dedicated a team of specialized and qualified personnel, educated and certified to participate with the IPD Team, better known as "green build" to introduce the latest renewable energy concepts and green build innovation to the design.



RKS' Commercial Division has many plumbing projects including tenant improvements, schools, high rise condos, hospitals and medical facilities, auto dealerships, restaurants and retail, hotels and country clubs, parks and rest areas. We contract approximately 150 commercial jobs per year, ranging in size from $2K to $20M. We are capable of design assist projects and taking the lead in CAD designing an entire project.



RKS' Industrial Division is one of only a handful of companies locally who install process and chemical piping for water treatment and waste water treatment facilities. Typical chemical processes include acid waste, alum, amino, hydoflousilic acid, chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), sulfuric acid, high purity water, air oil and gas, polymers, sodium bisulfate, lime, and granular activated carbon (GAC). Pipe systems may require specialized designs such as double containment or linings. They also may require chemical resistive materials such as thermoplastics and plastic derivatives, stainless steel and alloys that require specialized joining methods. RKS retains qualified personnel for all piping joints and welds including fusion, infra-red, electro resistant (EWR), shielded metal arc (SMAW), gas tungsten arc (GTAW), tungsten inert gas (TIG), solvent, chemical bonded, soldered and annealed.



RKS' Service Division launched a 24-hour service department in the spring of 2003 serving the entire Valley of the sun, including 24 hour a day, seven day a week emergency service. RKS offers residential services including but not limited to everything HVAC, water heater replacement, fixture replacement, fiberglass tub/shower repair, leak detection and under slab repair, and gas supply line installs and repairs. Commercial services offered include camera and video inspections of pipe lines, hydro-jet sewer lines, certified back flow technicians and certified boiler repair. We work with property management companies and handle all of their plumbing needs.
