QPAC supplies Micropolishing and Finishing equipment for major engine and transmission parts that need controlled surface finish and geometry. With over 34 years of experience in manufacturing and process development, we are the leaders in the field.

Our customers include Chrysler, GM, Ford, Atlas, Cummins, Caterpillar, Mahle and Mack Truck, Krupp and many other performance and production engine builders world wide.

QPAC has several models to choose from, including standard small crankshafts (2 stroke engines and compressor), automotive size crankshafts and camshafts and larger diesel crankshafts and camshafts (up to 12 feet in length).

Production rates from 5 parts per hour to 150 parts per hour.
Surface finish as low as 1-2Ra.
