Progressive Design Collaborative, Ltd. (PDC) provides a full range of engineering services that meet the increasingly challenging requirements of industrial, institutional and commercial construction sectors.
PDC has designed thousands of plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems throughout North Carolina and the United States. Our success is the result of zealous teamwork from start to finish, both in-house and extending to owners, architects, contractors and code officials.
Our projects begin with an initial design meeting to discuss the owners' needs, budget and time constraints. A team of engineers, with each discipline represented, will assess the particular needs of the client, and develop a clear scope for the project. This group will work together from concept through construction to design an efficient, well-integrated building system. Utilizing the latest technology and a customized set of tools, our designers strive for clarity, accuracy and consistency in the completed construction documents.

An experienced Construction Administrator (CA) oversees the construction, working with the engineers, to verify that the design criteria are implemented in the field, as they were conceived in the office. Our CA will work closely with the contractors to explicate any modifications that arise during construction.

Throughout the design and construction process, our design team collaborates with all involved to ensure that the clients' needs are met or exceeded. Following the project's completion, owners are always encouraged to contact us with any questions or concerns. Our goal is a satisfied client who will request our future services.
