Dr. Grela-M'Poko came to the environment and recycling industry from Intelsat, the leading satellite company that offers communication solutions around the world via capacity on 50 geosynchronous satellites. At Intelsat, Grela-M'Poko oversaw the Strategic and Operational Planning Programs. This included responsibility for coordinating the elaboration of the Business Plan and the development, monitoring, and reporting on Intelsat's Operating Plan. He played a leadership role in multiple organizational restructuring programs resulting from Intelsat's merger and acquisition activities, including the integration of Intelsat with PanAmSat (2005-06). In addition to his satellite industry career, he has extensive experience in corporate performance management, including organizational design and process redevelopment. Bruno Grela-M'Poko is a former member of Intelsat's Board of Governors, representing 15 countries.
