The management team has a track record of success managing, applying technology and exploiting oil and gas reserves. Management also has a wealth of business relationships that will further Company growth.
Larry Richard and Larry Buchanan worked at Halliburton in progressive capacities for more than 49 years collectively. Notably, Larry Richard led Halliburton's internal energy investment group for eight years and successfully invested more than $500 million in a variety of oil and gas opportunities across the U.S. Larry Buchanan has been responsible for overseeing field operations for Halliburton's energy clients throughout the U.S. for the past five years and specifically focused in the Appalachian region. Mark Malinski has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, including 15 years as CFO, primarily in publicly traded companies including six years as CFO of Pennzoil Company. Dr. John A. "Jack" Ward has over 35 years experience in the industry with extensive experience in implementing field development strategies. He developed many of the techniques employed for seismic reservoir mapping and is recognized as an expert in seismic inversion, seismic stratigraphy, AVO, and multi-component interpretation.
