I think that the prices have just about bottomed. Once they are down to half the cost of bricks and mortar plus basic land it’s just about there. This is based on the previous two cashes. Also in good markets such as Naples you can already see that the market availability has begun to shrink ever so slightly. That’s no reason to raise flags because its only a .004.7% per month absorption and the market is huge but in my experience I see that as the bell weather of the bottom, however we may sit here a while.
