MGF was formed in 2010 with strong leadership, engineering support and key relationships to study waste conversion technologies. Since the formation of the company, extensive research has enabled MGF to identify and obtain all required and essential components needed to launch our tire-to-fuels conversion systems in Maryland. MGF's business model focuses on environmental enhancements, job creation and the support of community outreach programs.

Mission

MGF's mission is to significantly reduce waste tire materials through the deployment of our proprietary pyrolytic waste tire-to-fuels conversion technology in Maryland. Our proven technology is profitable without subsidy and will greatly protect and enhance the environment in Maryland and beyond through the elimination of significant waste tires. MGF's turnkey process will significantly enable the rapid expansion of this technology beyond our initial 2012 Baltimore Tire Facility.

Leadership

Through the mutual formation of key relationships throughout Maryland, MGF's leadership and management team is working in unison with our feedstock providers, Maryland governmental agencies and other significant entities in order to rapidly deploy this technology all across Maryland. MGF will create jobs, enhance the environment and stimulate the economy, while addressing the serious abundance of excess waste tire materials.
