Our company was established, in 1999, to provide 24hour emergency service to residential customers. After about 5 years in business, L&D Johnson Plumbing and Heating Inc. was able to procure bonding and expand our horizons, to compete for larger commercial jobs. Our first contract was for $25,000, and after successful completion, more government jobs were acquired. We have obtained contracts with The Veterans Administration throughout New York State, Buffalo Public Schools, Alexander Central School District, Royalton Hartland Schools, U.S. Army Arsenal, Watervliet, Niagara Falls Air Base, and many more.

In 2009, L&D Johnson Plumbing and Heating, Inc. was awarded the Amherst Chamber of Commerce award for Excellence in Entrepreneurship.
