Mr. Wamsley is a mechanical Engineer with 40 years of operational and management experience in large and small plants for the tire, aerospace, and paper industries.

A Registered Professional Engineer in four states

A Certified Energy Manager with AEE

A Certified Plant Engineering Manager

Recently served as a technical consultant for a Fortune 100 company coordinating their energy program, conducting plant energy reviews, boiler plant optimization, process systems utility evaluations and implementing energy projects.



Has developed and presented training modules for boiler water treatment, make-up water and steam treatment, combustion optimization, Energy Management, plant energy balances and optimization, process steam systems, centrifugal pump systems and compressed air system optimization. He currently conducts 1/2 day, 1 day and 2 day Training Seminars on these topics. His industrial boiler system experience ranges from 50 hp fire tube units to 1500 PSIG coal fired cogeneration plants.
