The Israeli-Palestine Cooperative for Economic Expansion, Inc. ("IPCEE") is a 501(C)(3), non-profit organization based in Connecticut. Incorporated on August 8, 2011, IPCEE was formed to promote peace and peaceful cooperation between Israelis and Palestinians, to relieve poverty, eliminate prejudice and discrimination, reduce neighborhood tensions, combat community deterioration, and improve economic conditions and economic opportunities in Israel and the West Bank, to support the arts in Israel and the West Bank, and to educate the public on the conditions in the West Bank.

IPCEE is dedicated to assist Israelis and Palestinians in living together as trusting neighbors and partners. Our activities are pragmatic and based on concerns and interests that are mutually beneficial: fostering collaborative and productive activities -- promoting social and economic development, encouraging cross-border relationships between individuals and institutions, and ensuring that borders do not become boundaries.
