Our founder, Dave Galligher, has over 32+ years in the IT business and has experience in many facets of IT that helps drive this company in a direction that the customers win. Prior to starting IDS he served as a CIO for an international accounting software company that provided real solutions to over twenty-thousand retail, wholesale, nonprofit and service based organizations. He worked for them for almost 17 years, prior to that he owned his own company, Datalogic, and is experienced in software design and development (onshore and offshore), technical management at various level for a variety of industries. He has consulted for companies like HP, BFI, and major gas companies in the eastern region of the United States.

Our business is located in Boise, Idaho because we choose to live here. Why? If you are from Boise, you know why. If you aren't and have never been here, its a great place to live and have a lifestyle that is not only great for families but for anyone who is looking for an affordable place to live with lots of great people. Because, we live here and work here, we are able to keep our costs low. And because a lot of the tools we use are open source or cloud based tools we don't have a huge investment in technology that strangles our bottom line. Those savings we have, we pass them on to you. Hiring a computer consulting firm does not have to be an expensive proposition that breaks the budget or prevents you from doing what you know needs done.
