Its leadership team is comprised of a highly seasoned security team experienced and motivated subject matter experts who specialize in investigations, forensic consulting and training with extensive backgrounds and training from a variety of Federal, state, military and local law enforcement agencies. Gideon's Security has an experienced team of retired law enforcement, retired military officers, investigators, and hostage negotiators that have the ability to give your Corporation/Agency the highest level of services while limiting your exposure to liabilities. By leveraging it's 100 years of combined law enforcement and military expertise, Gideon has created a uniquely qualified team of security professionals to protect its customer's assets. Our small and intimate size allows us to provide a personal level of service to our clients that is unparalleled by any other company. We provide unmatched security solutions to various industries including residential, retail, business, corporations, and government agencies. Gideon's upholds the values of safety, protection, training and technology in building relationships with the client and the community. We provide the Customer with extensive criminal background checks on a statewide and national level, past employment and background history information, background investigations for DMV history, credit reports, drug screening, and other request by the employer. The scope of the investigation varies with the level of the clearance being sought. Applicants must meet certain criteria, relating to their honesty, character, integrity, reliability, judgment, mental health, and association with undesirable persons or foreign nationals. For a Top Secret security clearance, the background investigation includes additional record checks to verify citizenship for the applicant and family members, verification of birth, education, employment history, bankruptcies, divorces, criminal, civil litigation, and military history. Additionally, interviews will be conducted of persons who know the candidate, and of any spouse divorced within the past ten years. An exclusive interview will be conducted, as needed, to resolve any inconsistencies. The background investigation may be expanded if an applicant has resided abroad, or has a history or mental disorders, or drug or alcohol abuse. Our security background checks may vary depending on the type of clearance needed. We offer expedited background checks within 21 days. The end results of our process will give our clients agencies more information to help them decide whether the applicant will be a good fit for the position and will be the right kind of employee needed to maintain the agency's culture and support it's overall mission.
