Evenflo Feeding, Inc. (EFI) was incorporated in early 2012 and it is a carve-out of the baby and child feeding products of Evenflo Company, Inc. which maintained and continues to market the gear products portion of the business.
EFI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kimberly-Clark de Mexico (KCM) which is a Mexican company, listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange (KIMBER). KCM is also an equity company of Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KCC) in the U.S. that owns close to 48% of the company's shares.
KCM's recent report to the Mexican Stock Exchange includes the following figures regarding its consolidated results for the fiscal year which ended on December 31st 2013, expressed in millions of pesos and compared with the also consolidated results for the same period of 2012:
