Essential repair has been in the janitorial equipment service business for over 15years, specializing in all types of floor care equipment. I was recruited to take over operations in January of 2005. My name is Scott Parks I have been involved in the janitorial cleaning industry for over 30Years.

My father owned a successful janitorial company and as a boy I worked with my father, cleaning his accounts and maintaining his equipment.

In 1985 my father and I began working to develop a superior propane floor burnisher. We received our patent for the first flexible pad holder in 1987.

With our new patent in hand Flex Systems Inc. was born. I was in charge of manufacturing, engineering, research and development as well as technical support and technician training. Over the years I developed many successful pieces of equipment, IE: floor buffers, stripping machines, auto scrubbers etc. We sold Flex Systems in 2005.

With so much time and experience in the janitorial equipment industry, Essential repair was the perfect fit for me to continue to utilize my knowledge and experience.
