Incorporated June 1, 1988; we are a commercial general contractor located in the quiet town of Peak, SC. In our earliest days, our office was a converted general store that served as a meat hanger for local hunters. Today, we are now bonded to perform over $60 million dollars of work and yet have always strived to operate our company with honesty and integrity.

At Edcon we are certain of one thing……our employees are our most valuable asset. We have created an environment that promotes teamwork while ensuring that each employee retains a strong sense of ownership in each project they complete. These values have given Edcon the opportunity to deal with very little turnover throughout the years. Currently we employ two project managers who have a combined 24 years with the company. We have seven full time superintendents with 87 combined years, an equipment/warehouse manager with 13 years, and an office manager with 20 years.

We are a general contractor with a primary focus on educational facilities. In our first twenty years of business we have built or renovated 87 schools. In addition to schools, we have built or renovated 56 other buildings, ranging anywhere from churches to fire stations to recreation centers. These years of experience give us a unique ability to adjust and adapt to an ever evolving construction market.
