Recruitment - EB Consulting Group recruits for positions internally and fee structuring is not typical of most recruiting agencies. There is a flat amount charged for each hire and is not based on the candidate's base salary.



EB Consulting Group will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment starting from placing the ad, prescreening, interviewing, presenting the offer, and on-boarding of the new hire.
