Quality & Production
Quality control is conducted on a daily basis. Both owners of the company are on the job site everyday to ensure work is meeting specifications. All employees are trained and certified in poly-pipe fusion. New employees are not allowed to fuse unsupervised for sixty days even after certification.

In 2008, we purchased a MFT 20 Fast Fusion machine for mainline fusing. Heating and cooling is timed to ensure quality, this process has been approved by poly-pipe manufactures. Doing our own mainline fusing has allowed greater control over quality and production.
Equipment
In 2008 we purchased a MFT 20 Fast Fusion machine for our mainline fusing, enabling us to ensure production and quality. This machine is capable of fusing pipe up to 20 inches in diameter and the fusion process has been approved by the poly-pipe manufactures. It is the first Fast Fusion machine in the Gillette area.

We currently have two rocksaws, a Tesmec 950 with a 24" trench and a Vermeer 655 with both a 14" and 27" trench.
History
Eaton Construction is a joint venture between Wayne Eaton and Greg Percevich formed in 2006. Wayne Eaton has fifteen years experience in waterlines and excavation. He has been doing poly-pipe for four years. Greg Percevich had twenty-five years experience in the mining industry, both underground and surface, excavation, and construction. Greg also has four years poly-pipe experience.
