Our experienced chemists seek out the best and newest technologies available and apply them in designing DRD's diverse line of fuel and lubricant additives.

These additives improve equipment and machine performance while reducing the carbon emissions and environmental impact of fuel companies, fuel distributors, lubricant compounders, biodiesel manufacturers, transportation providers, and others by improving energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions. Our customers include automotive, aerospace, agricultural, energy, military, food processing, refineries, and others.

We use green components and raw materials derived from renewable bio resources wherever possible, including vegetable oils, animal fats and even wool. DRD Additives' headquarters are in Rockford, IL with a second office in Crown Point, IN. Our Crown Point office is located in the Purdue Technology Center. The Tech Center, affiliated with Purdue University, provides ample opportunity for access to superior facilities and expertise.

Donald R. Donahue has a B.S. in accounting from Saint Joseph's College (Indiana). He has been in the oil and chemical business since 1964, holding positions that include controller, sales manager, general manager, and president.
James MacNeil earned a PhD in chemistry from the University of Iowa and has been in the chemical additives business since 1992. Positions held include chemist, technical director, sales manager, and general manager.
