Dedicated TEAM - Diamond National has established a dedicated Team for each client, which are specifically designed to assist in successfully closings and support for each assignment. We build these teams solely based on the needs of our client, your customers and the prospect of future customers. We start with Complete Customer Care and do not stop at first contact or final file submission; rather we continue to process each assignment with full dedication. There is only one office to contact and since Diamond National actively keeps the last six years of claim enclosures and all claim note records, we are able to immediately handle any file questions with pin point accuracy if it becomes necessary. Diamond National has continued to filter customer questions months, even years after final file submissions. Another great benefit to Diamond National’s dedicated Team is our commitment to quality control and close working relations with our clients file Auditors and management. Every assignment processed is reviewed for severity, proper application of procedural guidelines, communication and timeliness of closure. We closely monitor turn over times and continual file status from our dedicated appraisal field staff to insure the accuracy of Complete Customer Care. There is a dedicated Team member here to immediately assist our clients with any additional file requests, questions, concerns or calibrations.
Commitment to Daily Coverage - Diamond National’s commitment to our clients has been to provide state wide coverage in each state where policies are in force. Because of our nationwide resources, Diamond National has always considered itself the “Go To Company” and our years of service has established us as just that. Any request presented has been fulfilled, any challenge resolved. In our daily appraisal division, we identified the need to cut down on travel time and save on appraisal expenses. With years of dedication to this industry, Diamond National has established a well defined adjuster roster. Our Human Resource Department continues to pin point territories by city in states of service, not only to save on service charges, but to also provide timeliness to our Complete Customer Care
Daily Services - Our physical damage department is nothing short of exceptional. Each Diamond National damage appraiser is required to be properly skilled and educated to handle inspections in the fields of: automobiles, heavy equipment, watercraft, motorcycles, travel trailers, RV’s and scene investigations. Diamond National expects every assignment to be contacted within 24 hours, inspected within 48 hours and submitted for review and file submission within 72 hours from receipt of assignment. Each assignment is monitored daily with open claims logs. Each assignment that breaches the 72 hour completion goal will receive an immediate status to our client with detailed information on the delay, and will continue until we have fulfilled our promise to our client, their customer and or future customer.
Catastrophe - Just like our daily divisions, catastrophe is divided into different teams such as personal lines, heavy equipment/commercial and property/residential based on trade and skill levels. Each division is dedicated to catastrophe only. Diamond National does not utilize its daily dedicated field staff to conduct catastrophe business, unless a said declared catastrophe is in the territory of the dedicated field staff. This insures a complete commitment to our clients and its daily claims.
