Company Summary

DLC was established in 2007 by Brent Donner, offering consulting, sales, and services to the laser industry. As a separate entity, DLC Manufacturing and Fabrication was added in 2008. Our 9800 sq. ft. facility houses one of the most powerful lasers available, a 6KW Trumpf TruLaser 5040. With over 20 years of combined experience, and 6000 watts at our disposal, we are cutting materials and thicknesses that most people in the industry believe impossible! This machine is truly amazing. The focus of DLC is geared toward offering the best quality available, at a competitive price. Furthermore, DLC prides itself on cutting materials and thicknesses that competitors cannot cut on a laser. The advantage over other processes on thicker materials is accuracy (+/- .002) and in most cases, cost savings. To date, we have cut the following:

- Mild steel 1 1/2" thick - With the intention of cutting up to 2"
- Stainless Steel 3/4" thick - With the intention of cutting up to 1 1/2"
- Aluminum 1 1/4" thick - With the intention of cutting up to 1 1/2"
- Copper 3/8" thick -With the intention of cutting up to 1/2"
- Bronze Copper Alloy 1/4" thick
- Brass 1/8" thick
- Titanium - Intentions of cutting up to 3/4"
- Diamond plate, mesh, etc.

With a cutting area of 84" x 163", we can accommodate most materials. We welcome production runs, prototypes, templates, stencils, and exotics.

DLC is also a distributor of the following:

- Pronest nesting software for plasma, oxy, laser and cnc.
