My company specializes in handling operations and functionality requirements for tactical, regional and national implementation. Specifically, we provide services for the EMPEROR Communications Externals (COMEXT) Specific Emitter Identification (SEI) program. This program is the first automated COMEXT SEI system to handle SEI for terrestrial base station handsets used for Global System Mobile networks; and for analog Push-to-Talk handsets. Our services are used in handsets such as Iridium, Thuraya and ACeS.



Our expertise is in Field Programmable Gate Arrays, which are used for Digital Signal Processing. As well as, embedded Computers such as PowerPCs and Single Board Computers based with either Windows or Linux. These FPGA based DSP, embedded computers and capabilities are used in a number of systems with Very Wide Band Radio Frequency bandwidths.



The company's founder, Thomas Hinrichs, built the business drawing upon his experience. Henrichs many accomplishments include:



- Serving as engineering lead on:

- The first fully automatic Electronic Intelligence SEI (Auto-PRECISE) system at the national site in Denver.

- The Interactive PRECISE SEI ELINT system in Australia.

- The Developmental PRECISE system operational in the Consolidated System Engineering Research Facility in Denver.

- Designing and implementing:

- Four Wide-Band Digitizer SEI ELINT collection systems for the national SEI Program Office.

- Two Tactical Collection Systems for SEI ELINT for the SPEL organization in Ft. Meade.

- Provided direct support to:

- SEI Algorithm developers with the Wide-Band Digitizers with foreign five-eye partners in North America, and the United Kingdom.
