This EMR rate specifically demonstrates the importance of ?safety first? and successful completion of client projects.

Training and Support

Technical capability demands constant renewal of the learned skills and requires continual exchange of information to improve and offer services to the client. One of the most effective ways is through our BICSI Licensed Training Facility. The Trainer maintains detailed records for all field and management personnel ensuring complete compliance with BICSI / Manufacturers certification standards. This Facility also provides the field personnel an opportunity to test industry or personal innovations that can be applied to the project with confidence.

Warranty

A lifetime warranty on the provided materials and installation services for any task or project contracted with the client is provided. The warranty provides for repair or replacement of any defective materials or workmanship provided under the contract. In the event that the manufacturer discontinues the product previously installed, or makes substantial changes which may affect the system performance, then CCCI agrees to provide a systems engineer or BICSI RCDD to assist the client in determining the appropriate product substitution.
