Caravan is fully committed to maintaining a world-class Quality Program through the use of a standard ISO 9001:2008 Certified Quality Management System. This organization's Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained through diverse interactions between the Site Operations, the Corporate Supporting Departments and the Quality Management Group (Global Technical Services).
QMS Controlled Process Highlights

Internal Auditing Procedure:
The Corporate Quality Management Staff perform, internal audits are performed to evaluate and follow-up on implementation and conformity of the QMS requirements at the site and corporate level.

Corrective & Preventive Action Procedures:
If a nonconforming service occurs or is identified as a potential nonconformity-the Control of Nonconforming Service Procedure identifies the specific steps for successful resolution and prevention of reoccurrence. This resolution may include the use of the Corrective and Preventive Procedures respectively depending upon the event and whether it is a reactive or proactive
