BarnDad Innovative Nutrition, LLC is a health and wellness company focused on the integration of fiber into the everyday diet. The company was founded in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in January of 2011.

BarnDad’s Fiber DX is a proprietary matrix of eight different fiber sources, providing the end consumer with 11 grams of protein (44% of their daily recommended value), 7 grams of protein and containing only 50 calories. BarnDad’s Fiber DX can also be used as a partial flour substitute in cooking and baking. This has allowed BarnDad to begin creating a family of products, starting with three flavors of Natur’s Diet Biscotti – Almond, Almond Cherry and Lemon Whip.

BarnDad’s Natur’s Diet Biscotti is a 40-gram cookie providing consumers with 10 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber from BarnDad’s Fiber DX. This cookie is unique in the protein/fiber bar market as it is less than 200 calories and has only one gram of sugar, making it a great snack for all health conscious consumers, especially Type 1 & Type 2 Diabetics.

BarnDad is currently in research and development of five new SKUs of products that are set to launch throughout 2013.
