Brian C. York





Mr. York brings with him over 10 years experience in the general contracting field. He began his career in the roofing industry and became involved with general contracting a year later. He became a licensed independent claims adjuster in 2000 performing catastrophic claims adjustments for major insurance companies such as State Farm, Nationwide and Farmer's Insurance. He also has extensive knowledge in the flooring industry, remodeling, restoration and build-outs for new construction projects. Wind damage, major flood and fire are just some of his attributes that he brings to the table.







He currently holds a certificate for subrogation, water mitigation, fire and smoke remediation and property and casualty adjusting. He has extensive training in the estimating program Xactimate.







Brian's passion is to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of customer service that is deserved to them. He is able to assist his clients to bring them back to a pre-loss state as quickly, effectively and efficiently as possible. He takes great care in helping his customers achieve their dreams with upgrades and remodels while assisting them to meet their budget. Brian attributes his success to the motto in which the company is built on. It is his love and skill for this industry that sets Absolute Restoration and Remodeling, LLC aside from other general contracting companies. Brian's spends his personal time worshipping an Almighty God, camping, fishing, and celebrating his many blessings with his family and friends.















Sheryl L. York





Sheryl brings with her over 15 years experience in commercial real estate. She worked on a supervisor level in the multi-family industry and was responsible for all financials, reconciliations reports, and turnover of units for inventory purposes, marketing, collections, budgets, month end reports, projections, and owner reports. She has extensive experience in new property construction as well as the rehabilitation of properties. Sheryl assisted potential buyers in the auditing of complete property profiles to ensure quality investments. She is highly effective in running multi -million dollar investments for owners and partners nationwide. Absolute Restoration and Remodeling, LLC is currently under contract to assist local real estate and investment companies for management of multi- family housing units.



Sheryl attended Brazosport College in the Vocational Office Education field. She invested time and training in the real estate market and has enjoyed the customer service that she is able to provide both for multi-family and single family homes.







Her hobbies include studying Theology, gardening, camping and cooking.
