Our History
Founded in 2005, Atlantic Coast Consulting, Inc. (ACC) offers a variety of consulting services to public and private clients throughout the southeastern United States. With offices in Roswell, Georgia; Savannah, Georgia; and Knoxville, Tennessee; ACC is uniquely positioned to provide consulting services on projects in one of the fastest growing regions in the country. ACC staff has provided services throughout the southeast from the Atlantic coast to the Gulf of Mexico and to the Mississippi River. With ACC's close proximity to the nation's second busiest airport, Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International, we are within a couple of hours of any project in the southeast.
The two founding partners of ACC have almost a half-century of combined consulting experience. These two partners were quickly joined by other engineers, geologists, and professionals with similar levels of experience. Their construction, engineering, and business management skills combine to provide a unique perspective for most development projects. ACC staff's years of experience have resulted in excellent relationships with many local governments and state regulatory agencies. These personal relationships help ACC expedite the permit process for all types of projects.

ACC provides expertise in design, permitting, construction administration engineering (CAE), construction quality assurance (CQA), environmental monitoring and remediation, compliance, and operations and maintenance. This expertise is primarily focused on solid waste management projects including landfills, transfer stations, material recovery facilities, landfill gas systems, LFGE systems, and fleet operations and maintenance facilities. ACC staff has provided services for over 50 percent of the operating solid waste landfills in the state of Georgia. These sites are located throughout the state in various geological formations and include many of the largest and most complex landfill designs.

ACC also provides civil engineering expertise in sedimentation and erosion control, water and wastewater conveyance systems, storm water management, and NPDES permitting. ACC has provided civil engineering services for large mixed use developments, single family residential developments, university facilities, and for various housing and training facilities on military bases. ACC staff have provided water and wastewater design, construction administration, and inspection services for local governments.
