Thank you for visiting Apace Packaging LLC. We are a packager and re-packager of solid oral dose tablets and capsules serving pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturers and distributors.



Apace Packaging offers bottling services for round and square bottles. We have vision systems on our tablet counter and labeling system, including bar code scanning of labels.



Apace utilizes fully equipped blister machines with PVC, Aclar and “Cold Form” capabilities with a variety of packaging configurations including Pouches, Liquid cups (5ml-35ml) and BINGO blister cards (30 day).



About Apace Services



Our packaging rooms are individually and automatically controlled for temperature, humidity, and air pressure. Environmental readings are gathered every hour and recorded on our in-process inspection logs. Sealed floors and vinyl finished construction materials are utilized in these areas. All rooms are served by oil free compressed air.



Our personnel and processes are guided by the FDA's current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and we meet FDA standards for 21CFR, parts 210 and 211. Apace Packaging is licensed by the FDA and Kentucky Board of Pharmacy. Our 35,000 square foot facility is equipped with card controlled, limited access areas for controlled substance access, label and outsert control, document control and retained sample storage. An extensive electronic security system is monitored continuously.
