ADH Meetings & Events is a Chicago based meeting management and event planning firm.



Our mission is to help our clients create, execute, and manage all meeting and event details while implementing environmentally sustainable materials, practices and eco-friendly green principles throughout the planning and execution stages of their programs.



We partner with our corporate and non-profit clients on the production of their meetings and events. This allows our client to focus more time on the content of their programs, the participants, presenters, sponsors and internal clients, while we at ADH Meetings & Events take care of all the associated logistics including venue and hotel searches, contract negotiations, catering, décor, AV needs, transportation and entertainment.



The key players at ADH have a minimum experience of 20 years in the catering, DMC, entertainment, hospitality, meeting and event planning industries. The balance of the staff a minimum of 10 years each.



In addition, the majority of ADH Meetings & Events staff have an international background. Whether they are from different countries, speak multiple languages, or have lived and/or worked on every continent with the exception of Antarctica.

ADH Meeting Management

Our team of highly experienced, professional meeting planners has earned an excellent reputation for their skills in policy compliance, contract negotiation, site selection, project leadership, logistics planning and precise on-site execution of meetings. We manage dozens of meetings annually throughout North America, Europe, Asia, South America and Australia with attendance from 10 to 1, 500 people.
